No Refund & No Return Policy

All sales at Cathy's Obsessions are final. Due to the handmade and personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed or shipped.

Why we have this policy: Our products — including soaps, lip balms, body butters, and other handmade goods — are crafted in small batches and cannot be restocked or resold once they leave our facility, for health and hygiene reasons.

Damaged or incorrect orders: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cathypaulnitz@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will review on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion
