1. Where We Ship We currently ship within Canada only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Processing Time All orders are handmade in small batches. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared before it ships. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
3. Shipping Rates & Carriers Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We ship via Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, and/or DHL Express. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
4. Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times vary by province and carrier. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–10 business days. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
5. Order Tracking You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order is on its way. You can use this number to track your package directly with the carrier.
6. Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will review on a case-by-case basis. We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout — please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
