2. Products All products are handmade in small batches. We make every effort to accurately represent colours, scents, and ingredients, but slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our goods. Product availability is not guaranteed.

3. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Pricing All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes will be applied at checkout.

5. No Refund & No Return Policy All sales are final. Please review our full Refund Policy before purchasing. By completing a purchase, you agree to our no refund, no return policy.

6. Shipping We ship within Canada. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including product names, descriptions, photos, and branding — is the property of Cathy's Obsessions and may not be reproduced without written permission.
